I own nearly 20,000 square feet of multi-tenant retail and office space which Scott Anderson and the staff at Anderson Commercial Properties has managed for us over the past fifteen years.  Anyone that has managed their own property has learned the hard truth that managing property is not a very glamorous job and that there are so many areas to oversee and manage.  

I want to invest in real estate but not have to deal with all the issues that arise by owning it.  Anderson Commercial Properties takes care of the day-to-day details, takes the phone calls, and deals with tenant issues as they arise.  They maintain the property, the leases, collect the rents, pay the bills and take care of a hundred other details for me.
